Roasted Broccoli, Cauliflower & Asparagus; (4) 1-c servings

Ingredients
2 cups broccoli flowerets 2 cups cauliflower flowerets 10 spears asparagus 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 teaspoon salt1 teaspoon garlic powder1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
Place first 3 ingredients in a baking pan. Drizzle with oil, sprinkle with salt and garlic powder, and toss.
Bake at 450°, stirring occasionally, 20 to 25 minutes or until lightly browned. Top with cheese and broil for a couple minutes until melted/browned.
