3/4 cup long grain white rice1 1/2 cup water1 cube chicken bouillon2 tbsp dried parsley1 tbsp garlic powder1 tbsp onion powderdash of salt 1 tsp black pepper
Preheat oven to 350
Put the rice into a 4x4 baking dish. Heat the water until it boiling. once it is boiling remove from heat. Add the bouillon, parsley, garlic powder, and onion powder. Pour over the rice. Cover with foil and bake for 40 minutes or until rice is tender and cooked.
Makes two servings.
