Mini Wine and cheese quiche

2 eggs2/3 cup all-purpose flour1/2 cup white wine2/3 cup milk1/2 teaspoon salt3/4 cup shredded cheese
Directions
Beat eggs, stir rest of the ingredients together. Pour into muffin tins. Bake at 425 for about 30 minutes
