Suzi's Pumpkin Sausage Pasta

1 box Whole Wheat Pasta1 pound Reduced Fat Pork Sausage (or any other ground sausage you like)1 can Pumpkin Puree (2.75 cups)1/2 cup Fat Free Half & HalfAll spices - to tasteSaltCinnamonNutmegAllspiceGingerRed Pepper Flakes
Boil the pasta as directed on the box
Brown the sausage in a dry pan (no oil needed)
Turn the heat down to low
Add the pumpkin, half and half and spices and let it simmer on low until the pasta is done.
Drain pasta
Combine pasta and sauce in a big bowl.
Add a little bit of parmesan cheese (if desired) and enjoy with a nice salad on the side.
Serving Size: Makes 6 1-cup servings
