Ingredients
.75 c rice3 Tbsp butter1/2 med onion chopped1 can consumme, 10 oz10 oz water
Directions
Melt butter in sauce pan, add finely chopped onion to melted butter. When onion is clear add rice and stir. Add consume and water and continue stirring until mixture comes to a rolling boil. Pour into oven-safe dish and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Stir after 30 minutes.
