1 lb Turkey ground, 93/7 low fat1 fresh green pepper sliced1 med onion sliced1/2 cup baby carrots sliced length-wise1 cup mushrooms white sliced1 Tbsp Sesame oil1 tsp Worchestershire sauce Lea & Perrins1/4 tsp sea saltfresh ground pepper to taste
Cook ground turkey in non-stick pan sprayed with PAM. Season with ground pepper. Remove turkey. Add 1 Tbsp Sesame oil to the pan, quick cook the peppers and carrots. Then add the onions and stir. Finally add the mushrooms. Season with the Worcestershire and more ground pepper.
Put approx 1/2 cup in each wrapper. (Add to Log any extras too) Fold over like a taco, put in microwave about 10 seconds.
Enough for about 8 individual wraps/servings.
