Goat Cheesy Quinoa with Spinach

Ingredients
2 cups chicken broth1 cup fresh chopped spinach1 oz crumbled goat cheese (can use feta if you choose)1 cup wholegrain quinoa
Directions
heat chicken broth..add quinoa bring to a boil....when water is soaked and quinoa is done fluff with a fork add spinach and cheese and serve. Salt and pepper to taste.
