3 Tbs. 100% Egg White Liquid1 Tbs. Unsweetened Applesauce1/4 cup Milk of choice (I use unsweetened Flax Milk)1 1/2 tsp. Maple Flavoring1 tsp. Vanilla Flavoring1/2 tsp SweetLeaf Stevia1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder (12-13g)1 Tbs. Whole Wheat Flour2 Tbs. Coconut Flour1/2 tsp. Baking Powder1/8 tsp. Baking Soda1/2 tsp. Pumpkin Pie SpiceOptional: Additional SweetLeaf Stevia and Cinnamon sprinkled on top before baking.
Combine wet ingredients and stir in the dry.
Pour into prepared muffin tin.
Sprinkle with optional Stevia & Cinnamon.
Bake at 350 for approximately 30 minutes.
