All purpose flour- 1 cupBaking Powder- .5 tspSalt- .25 tspEgg- 1 largeBrown Sugar- 1 cup, packedVegetable Oil- .25 cupVanilla Extract- .5 tspZucchini- 1 cup, gratedCardamom- .25 tspCinnamon- .5 tspPecan Pieces- .25 cup
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine wet and dry ingredients separately, then combine all. Pour into 9 regular-sized, oiled muffin cups. Bake for 25-27 minutes.
