Gluten Free Paleo Protein Pumpkin Pie/Muffins

Ingredients
- 1 can 29oz -Pumpkin - not canned pie- Almond flour, .5 cup-Aloha Nu Coconut Flour 1/2 cup-nanopro protien, 2 servings/scoops-Egg, 4 large -Syrup, Pure Maple 2 tbsp-Almond Coconut milk unsweetened, .5 cup-1 Tsp Baking Soda-1 TB Cinnamon-1 Tsp Nutmeg-1 Tsp Cloves-1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
Directions
375 - 35 minutes for the 6 muffin pan and 40 minutes for the pie. You can make an optional frosting that is not paleo if you'd like. About 1/2 cup plain Greek Yogurt, lots of cinnamon and protein powder if desired mixed in a blender or I used my magic bullet.
