Ingredients
1 large sweet potato peeled and sliced thin about 8 oz.5 cups water1/2 oz fresh gincer root, peeled and sliced very thin1 cup brown rice (organic)1/2 cup organic millet1 to 2 teaspoons salt
Directions
combine all and bring to boil. Simmer for 1 hour or more. Can be cooked overnight in Crock Pot.
