Sweetcorn Spoonbread

Ingredients
2 eggs, whisked6 oz vanilla or plain greek yogurt1- 14 oz can cream style corn1.5 cups frozen corn, thawed2 Tbls sugar1/2 cup cornmeal2/3 cup flour2 tps baking powder
Directions
Mix ingredients together in order listed, when combined pour into a sprayed 9x9 or 1.5 qt baking dish. Bake at 350* for 40-45 minutes. Middle should be set.

    I added 1/2 tsp. of salt. This is a little more solid and calls for less flour and corn meal in proportion to corn than the last time I made spoonbread. - 7/17/14
