Ingredients
Del Monte Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added, 1 cup (remove) artichoke hearts, 1 cup (remove) Kalamata, Green Olives, pitted, 1 oz (remove) Capers, canned, 2 tbsp, drained (remove) Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped (remove) Red Wine, 2 fl oz (remove) Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove) Garlic, 1 tsp (remove) Pepper, red or cayenne, .2 tsp (remove)
Directions
saute onions in olive oil; add all other ingredients; stir and simmer for 15-20 minutes

    This is very much like what I made earlier tonight and added tuna per the recipe. Was good over whole wheat pasta - 12/15/12
