Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain (1/4 cup dry)*Bear Naked - Fit - 100% Pure & Natural Granola - Vanilla Almond Crunch, 0.25 cup *Milk -Silk Pure Almond Milk, unsweetened vanilla, 1 cup *Hersheys Cocoa Powder - Special Dark (100% cacao), 1 tbsp *Jell-O Sugar Free Fat Free Instant Pudding, Cheesecake (Mix Only), 0.25 oz Banana, fresh, 1 large (8" to 8-7/8" long)
Directions
mix all in a blender (break banana up for easier mixing)
