Chocolate Pie

Ingredients
1 9" pie crust1.6 cups of "milk"64g sugar28g cocoa20g cornstarch2 tsp vanilla1/4 tsp salt
Directions
0. Prebake a 9" pie crust (450F for 10-12 minutes). Let cool completely.

1. Combine remaining ingredients, except vanilla, in a saucepan. Whisk and bring to a simmer. Stir until the mixture coats the back of a spoon. Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla.

2. Pour into pie crust. Cover in plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve
