- 4 cups Broccoli- 2 1/2 cups 2%milk- 3 cloves garlic- 1/4 tsp sea salt- 1/3 block extra firm tofu
Directions
Prepare all ingredients and let simmer for 3 to 4 hours. Makes 6 1-cup servings.
