Left Over Turkey Chop Suey

Ingredients
12 oz turkey1 cup diced onion1 sm can mushrooms14 oz can chop shey vegetables12 oz jar turkey gravy
Directions
Cut leftover turkey into bite size pieces and dice onion. Cook together until hot, add vegetables and mushrooms until hot. Add gravy and heat together.

Serve over rice or mashed potatoes
