Canned Pumpkin (15 oz can)Splenda Brown Sugar Blend - equivalent to 3/4 cup brown sugar = should be 3/8 cup (between 1/4 & 1/2 cp)Pure Vanilla Extract 1tsp 1/8 tsp cinnamon1/8 pumpkin pie spice (or a little more to taste)Fat Free Plain Greek Yogurt, 6 oz Fat Free Whipped Topping 8oz (ie coolwhip free)apples, grahams etc for dipping not included in nutritional information
Mix pumpkin with brown sugar blend, vanilla and spices, blend well. Mix in yogurt. Fold in whipped topping and chill until ready to eat.
