Ingredients
3 Tbs. 100% Liquid Egg Whites1 Tbs. Unsweetened Applesauce1/4 cup Milk of choice (I use Unsweetened Flax Milk)1/2 tsp. Stevia (I use SweetLeaf)1 tsp. Vanilla2 Tbs. Coconut Flour (I use Bob's Red Mill)1 Tbs. Whole Wheat Flour (Or flour of your choice)1 Tbs. Cocoa Powder (Hershey's Special Dark) 1 scoop Chocolate Protein Powder1/2 tsp. Baking Powder1/8 tsp. Baking Soda
Directions
Combine wet ingredients.
Stir in dry ingredients.
Pour into prepared baking tin.
Bake at 350 for approximately 30 minutes.
