Ingredients
Directions
8 ounces of ground beef6 Jalapeno peppers6 Habanero peppers4 Medium-sized slicing tomatoes1 Yellow Onion2lbs of canned red kidney beans (drained and rinsed)1lb of crushed tomatoes2 bouillon cubesrice (optional)1 tbsp of cayenne pepper1 tbsp of garlic powder1 tbsp of onion powder2 tbsp of chili powder
Start cooking your beef in the bottom of a large cooking pan.
Cut up your tomatoes, your peppers and your onion and throw them into a food processor. I use a blender. Blend it all together into a tomato soup-like consistency.
Add your chili-mush to the beef when it is thoroughly cooked.
After this add your cans of kidney beans (rinse and drain them if you don't want the excess sodium!) and crushed tomatoes.
Add bouillon cubes for flavour.
Next add your cayenne pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and chili powder.
Bring it all to a boil, then cover and let it simmer for two hours.
Serving Size: makes around 8 servings (for big eaters!)
