Autumn Spice Roasted Pumpkin Seeds

Ingredients
4 cups of Pumpkin seeds 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil1 tsp ground cinnamon1/2 tsp ground ginger1/2 tsp ground allspice1/2 tsp salt
Directions
Rinse seeds. Dry seeds (I used a hairdryer to speed things up) Put in large bowl. Add olive oil and spices, toss to coat. Spread on a cookie sheet or a pizza pan. Roast at 275 F. for 20-30 min tossing and stirring the seeds every 5 min.
