Ingredients
Ground beef, lean, 16 oz*Pork, fresh, ground, raw, 16 oz*Spaghetti/Marinara Sauce (tomato sauce), 2 cupOnions, raw, 1 cup, chopped*Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 cup, choppedMushrooms, fresh, 2.5 cup, pieces or slicesYellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 2 cupChorizo, pork and beef, 12 ozUncle Ben's ready eat microwave Spanish Rice, 4 servings
Directions
simmer onions, peppers and mushrooms, remove from pan. brown the chorizo slices 5 minutes, add the ground beef and pork- brown thoroughly. put all the above in a stewing pot, add the ready to eat rice, the sweet corn and tomato sauce- let stew for 20-30 minutes
