Ingredients
1 cup of 0% Milk (you can use any milk type, but the nutritional values will differ)
Directions
Milk has water and milk in it. All evaporated milk is is milk that has been simmered so that the water evaporates.

Place milk in a sauce pan over high heat. Once you see a ring of bubbles appear around your milk remove from heat immediatly! Stir with a wire whis a few time to prevent burning. And wahla! You now have evaporated milk.
