shrimp curry wraps

Ingredients
40 raw shrimp1 can of coconut milk1 med. tomato chopped1/2 cup chopped onion3 garlic cloves gratedfresh ginger, grated (size of a nickel)2 Tbsp cooking oil1 Tbsp of curry powder or (to taste)1/4 tsp of Tumeric6 flour tortillas1 bunch of bah choy2 cloves of garlic 1/4 cup onions2 Tbsp cooking oil
Directions
1. Heat oil in frying pan
2. Add onions, garlic, ginger, saute 10 minutes
3.Add shrimp, cook half done
4. Add tomatoes
6 Add coconut milk
7.Add curry powder and tumeric
8. cook until shrimp are done

In another pan

wash and chop bah choy
1. add oil, garlic, onion saute
2. add bah choy
cook for 5 minutes

warm tortillas, place bah choy in middle and then spoon shrimp mixture on top, wrap and enjoy!!!
