Quick and Easy Pizza Crust

Ingredients
1 package active dry yeast1 tsp white sugar1 c. warm water2 1/2 c. flour2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil1 tsp salt
Directions
Let warm water, sugar, and yeast combine. Add the rest of the ingredients until mixed and then stir vigorously for 20 strokes.

Let rise for at least 1 hour.

Cover cutting board with dusting of flour and roll into desired shape.

For a pizza and most other uses, 400-450 degrees for 15-20 minutes.

Serving Size: makes 1 12-inch pizza pie
