Butternut Squash, apples & sausage

Ingredients
Butternut squash2 granny smith apples2-3 turkey sausage - italian (sweet or hot)fresh sagesea salt
Directions
1. Cube and cook squash till done but still firm.
2. Crumble sausage in pan add some chopped sage and cook untill sausage is done.
3. Add cubed apples to pan. Cook until just slightly softened.
4. Add butternut squash to pan and mix lightly.
5. Season with sea salt to taste.

Serving Size: Makes 6 - cup servings
