Low Carb Homemade ice cream

Directions
1 cup heavy whipping cream1 cup water4 tsp. splenda1 tsp vanilla extract
Mix together all ingredients in blender. Freeze in individual 2/3 cup serving containers. or in ice cream freezer and ladle into serving size containers. Makes 4 servings 2/3 cup each at 2 carbs each.
Great for the "need" for something sweet while on low carb diet.
Can add 1 raw egg for more protein. this will only increase the carbs to 2.1mg
