Celeriac, Fennel, Potato Soup

Ingredients
*celeriac, 1.5 cup*Potato, raw, 3 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.) Fennel, 1 bulb Onions, raw, 1 largeVegetable Broth, 7 cupButter, salted, 2 tbsp Sour Cream, .5 cup
Directions
cook diced fennel, celeriac, potato and onion in 1/2 cup of both and 2T of butter for 15 mins. Add remaining broth bring to boil. Simmer for 15 mins. Blend in batches and then add salt, pepper and cream. Heat thoroughly.
