Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients
8 Large Eggs1/2 Loaf of French Bread2 Cups of Milk1 package of Sausage Crumbles2 Cups Shredded Cheese (Chedder or Colby)1 tsp Dry MustardSalt and Pepper to taste
Directions
Break all of the eggs into a large bowl and whisk together
Add milk, dry mustard, salt and pepper and whisk
Cube bread
Use cooking spray on a 9 X 13 Rectangular Pan
put the cubed bread in the pan
evenly distribute the sausage crumble
evenly distribute the cheese
pour the egg/milk mixture over the top
cover with foil and refrigerate overnight
The next morning:
Pre-heat oven to 350 F
Bake covered for 50 minutes
Remove from oven and let set for 10 minutes
Serve and enjoy!
