Kale Avocado Salad

Ingredients
10 oz cleaned kale, cut in small pieces2 cups diced tomatos2 cups avocados, chopped5 Tb olive oil3 Tb lemon juice (fresh is best)2 tsp salt1 tsp cayenne
Directions
in mixing bowl, toss all ingredients, squeezing as you mix to 'wilt' kale and cream the avocado.
