Pumpkin Muffins

Ingredients
1 cup oatmeal1 cup milk.5 cup brown sugar2 egg whites1 tsp ground cinnamon1 tsp ground cloves1 tsp ground ginger1 cup canned pumpkin1 cup flour1 tsp baking powder.5 tsp baking soda
Directions
Soak oatmeal in the milk for 1 hour. Combine all dry ingredients in a small bowl. Add egg whites and pumpkin to oatmeal mixture. Mix well. Add dry ingredients and mix well. Bake in a 400 degree oven for 20-25 minutes
