Creole Baked Shrimp

Ingredients
1/2 cup Olive oil2T Creole Seasoning (recipe to follow)2T Fresh lemon juice2T Fresh chopped parsley1T Soy sauce1 pound, shelled shrimpCreole Seasoning2.5 T paprika2T salt2T garlic powder1T black pepper1T onion powder1T cayenne powder1T dried oregano1T dried thymeCombine all ingredients throughly-makes 2/3 cup
Directions
*Combine first 5 ingredients in a 9 x 13 baking dish.
*Add shirmp and toss to coat. Refrigerate for one hour or longer.
*Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Bake until shrimp are cooked through, stirring occasionally, about 15 minutes.
*Garnish with lemon wedges and serve with french bread for dipping in left over cooked sauce.
