Ingredients
2 eggs (or equiv egg substitute) 3/4 c brown sugar packed1 c Splenda (or no name sucralose)1/4 c Canola oil1/4 c unsweetened applesauce3/4 c cranberry sauce (whole berry)1 c white all purpose flour1 c whole wheat flour1 tsp baking powder1 tsp baking soda1 tsp salt1 tsp cinnamon1/2 tsp nutmeg3 c apples ( peeled & diced in large pieces)1/2 c pecans ( or any other nut)
Directions
Combine all wet ingredients and all dry ingredients in seperate bowls. Fold the dry into the wet. Pour into a bundt pan or pans of your choice coated with cooking spray.
