1⁄2 - 1 lb lean ground beef (1⁄2 c milk, 1 c Italian breadcrumbs) Sauce: 1⁄4 c chopped onion 1⁄4 c green pepper (4 t vinegar, 4 t water, 11⁄2 t sugar) (1 t Worcestershire sauce, 1⁄4 c ketchup, foil)
Mix meat, milk, breadcrumbs, salt, & pepper together. Shape into balls. Put 1⁄2 meatballs in square baking dish. Combine onion, pepper, vinegar, water, sugar, Worcestershire & ketchup; pour over meatballs. Cover & bake at 350°, 1 hour.
