Leftover Turkey Reuben

Ingredients
Fresh Turkey Breast Meat- 3oz.Jarlesberg Light Swiss Cheese- 1.5oz.Arnold's Jewish Rye, Melba Sliced- 2 slicesSaurkraut- 1/4cupI Can't Believe It's Not Butter Light- 1/2tbsp.
Directions
1. Heat pan on medium
2. Butter each piece of bread
3. Place one slice, butter side down, in pan. Add ingredients, starting with cheese and ending with cheese. (If you don't, you will have a soggy mess)
4. Brown on both sides
5. Eat with spicy brown mustard, or Kraft Fat Free Thousand Island Dressing.
