1 Banana (frozen and chopped into big pieces)1/8C Peanut Butter (natural)1/8C Oats3/4C water (or milk if you choose)
Night before making take banana and peel, slice and put into a freezer bag. Place in freezer over night. Place oats in the bottom of blender and blend until powder. Then add frozen banana peanut butter and water (or milk if you choose) blend until no longer chunky.
