Pumpkin Bars

Ingredients
1/2 c Brown Sugar - Splenda Brown Sugar Blend1/2 c Applesauce, unsweetened2 t Cinnamon, ground1 1/2 t Ginger, ground1/2 t Cloves, ground1t Baking Powder1 t Baking Soda1/2 Salt2 tsp Vanilla Extract 4 egg whites1 16 onz Canned Pumpkin2 c Arrowhead Mills Organic Oat Flour4 scoops About Time Vanilla Whey Protein Isolate 1/2 c Silk Almond Milk unsweetened
Directions
Preheat oven to 350*
Spray 9/13 glass pan with cooking oil spray
Combine first 11 ingredients and mix well
Add the last 3 and mix until incorporated
Pour into pan and spread even
Bake for 30 min or until toothpick comes out clean
Cool and cut into 24bars
