8 Tbl Water4 Tbl Catsup2 Tbl Soy Sauce4 tsp Cornstarch2 tsp Honey1 tsp Crushed Red Pepper.5 tsp Ground Ginger2 Tbl Oil .5 c Green Onions, sliced8 Cloves Garlic, Minced12 oz Cooked Shrimp, tails removed16 oz Frozen Broccoli
In a bowl, stir together the water, catsup, soy sauce, cornstarch, honey, red pepper and ginger and mix well. Set aside.
Heat oil in a skillet, over medium heat. Stir in onion and garlic and cook for 30 seconds. Stir in shrimp and broccoli and toss to coat with the oil. Stir in the sauce. Cook until bubbly and thickened. Serve hot over brown rice or chinese noodles. Makes 4 servings.
