Slow Cooker Wine and Mushroom Beef Stew

Ingredients
2.5 cups of red wine7 small red potatoes, diced with skin10 baby carrots, diced2 stalks of celery, diced2 cups vegetable broth5 baby portabella mushrooms, diced2 cloves of garlic.25 cup of strong onion1 cup non condensed mushroom soup1 lb lean ground beef1 tsp vegemite or marmite2 TBSP tomato paste1 TBSP extra virgin olive oil
Directions
Saute onions and mushrooms, and garlic in olive
oil until tender, add tomato paste and saute
until tomato paste turns dark red. Add mixture
to crock pot. In same skillet brown hamburger,
then add that to crock pot. Chop vegetables,
and add to crock pot. Add broth, soup, and
wine, and stir well. Add salt and pepper to
taste, and add the vegemite or marmite.
