8 oz. Raw Sirloin Steak5 slices of Smithfield thick sliced bacon1 oz. Lee & Perrins1 Egg Yolk1 Shallot
Directions
Cut meat into cubes and run through meat grinder. Add remainder of ingredients and form burgers. Cook on grill or broil.
