Apple pie Steel Cut oatmeal

Ingredients
3 cups water1 cup steel cut oats (gluten free)3 medium apples, peeled, cored, and diced.1/2 tbsp cinnamon
Directions
Bring water to a boil.
Add oats and apples and cinnamon.
Cook for 25-30 mins, stirring often. (or cook in slow cooker overnight on low)
