Ingredients
1 16 oz can (2 cups) garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained4 cloves garlic, minced (adjust to taste)1/4 cup lemon juice (adjust to taste)1 Tbsp. tahini 1/2 tsp. salt1 tsp. cumin seeds (use less if powdered)1 Tbsp. olive oil1/4 cup fresh parsley or cilantro, minced (optional)
Directions
Place all in food processor and blend until smooth. Add water as needed to get the right consistency and keep the food processor going smoothly.
