Egg Muffin

Ingredients
6 egg whites4 eggs1/2 cup shredded 2% cheddar1/4 cup chopped onion1 lb turkey sausage
Directions
Cook sausage. Divide between 12 muffin cups in muffin pan. Top with onions & cheese. Pour eggs over the top. Bake at 375 for 30 to 35 minutes. These will keep in the fridge up to a week.
