Baked Salmon

Ingredients
Garlic, 2 cloveOlive Oil, 1 tbspBasil, .25 tbspSalt, 1 tspPepper, black, 1 tsp*Lemon Juice, 1 lemon yieldParsley, dried, 1 tspPink Salmon (fish), 16 oz
Directions
In medium bowl prepare marinade by mixing garlic, olive oil, basil, pepper, lemon juice and parlsey.
Place salmon in baking dish and cover with marinade and refrigerate for 1 hour, turning occasionally.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Place salmon in Aluminum foil, cover with marinade and seal. Place in baking dish and bake 35-45 minutes until easily flakes with a fork.
