Cabbage Cauliflower Smoothie

Ingredients
1 cup low fat vanilla soy milk (I use Great Value)1/2 large banana3/4 cup frozen Mango9 oz (3/4 Pkg.) "lite" firm tofu (Mori-nu)3/4 cup small cauliflower floweretts3/4 cup Marketside Coleslaw shredded cabbage3 Tbsp. Vanilla Eggwhite Protein Powder
Directions
Put all ingredients into blender in order listed. Start blending on low settings till solids are crushed. Increase speed to near max till very smooth and frothy, stopping to scrape down sides and stir contents.
