Lowfat Pumpkin Apple Spice Bread

topping:1 Tbsp flour5 Tbsp brown sugar1 Tsp cinnamon1 Tbsp Canola oilSift:3 C flour3/4 tsp salt2 tsp baking soda3 1/2 Tbsp pumpkin pie spiceMix well in separate bowl:16 oz canned pumpkin1/4 C canola oil1/2 C unsweetened applesauce2 1/4 C sugar8 egg whitesToss in 2 chopped granny smith apples
mix topping set aside.
sift together dry ingredients.
mix wet ingredients well with mixer.
fold in apples.
stir wet into dry until mixed well.
sprinkle topping evenly over both loaves.
bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
