Castro's Clean Turkey Chili

Ingredients
1 pound and 4 ounces of lean ground turkey2 cans of organic fire roasted diced tomatoes.5 chopped sweet onion.5 chopped zucchini2 tsp olive oil salt, pepper, garlic powder, and chili powder to taste
Directions
saute zucchinni and onions in the 2 tsp of olive oil
once starts to brown, add turkey
brown the turkey
add 1 cup of pinto beans (or you can use red kidney beans)
Once turkey is browned, add two cans of diced tomatoes
cook through, add spices and seasonings to taste.
Simmer for about 20 mins with lid covering chili

Serve with brown rice, sour cream, cheese, etc. Be creative!
