Green Chile Pork Stew

2 1/2 pounds boneless country style pork ribs, cut into 3/4 inch cubes1 3/4 cups chicken broth, divided2 mediumn onions, chopped4 cloves garlic, crushed2 (10 oz) cans diced tomatoes2 cups roasted poblano chiles2 teaspoons dried oregano1 teaspoon ground cumin1/4 teaspoon salt1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice
1. Combine pork, 1/2 cup chicken broth, onions, and garlic in large sauce pan over medium-high heat; cook until liquid evaporates and meat begins to brown, about 45 minutes.
2. Add remaining broth, scraping up any brown bits. Add tomatoes, chiles, oregan, cumin and salt. Reduce heat to medium-low heat, cover, and simmer until pork is for-tender, about 1 1/2 hours. Stir in cilantro and lime juice before serving.
