1.25lb Ground Turkey1 Onion1 clove garlic1 Green Bell Pepper1 Red Bell Pepper1 Jalapeno Pepper (optional)1 can Low Sodium Black Beans1 can Low Sodum Kidney Beans1 cup Frozen Corn1 28oz. can Crushed Tomatoes1 6oz. can Tomato Paste1 Packet of Chili Seasoning (Low Sodium)1 Cup Water
Cook turkey in skillet with Onion and Garlic until no longer pink. In the Slow Cooker, add Crushed Tomatoes, Tomato Paste, Black Beans, Kidney Beans, Peppers, Corn and Seasoning. Add turkey. Stir together with 1 cup of water.
Cook on High 4-5 hours or Low for 6-8 hours
