Chicken Spinach Balls

Ingredients
Chicken Breast, no skin, 400 grams (remove) Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove) Spinach, fresh, 1 package (10 oz) (remove) Olive Oil, 2 tbsp (remove) 1 egg.
Directions
Add seasoning of your choice, then chop all ingredients in a blender, and then pop into mini muffin trays, baking at 220 for 10-15 minutes. Take out and enjoy.
